As you may or may not know, we have recently made the decision to change UK/EU distribution partners.  We will be shifting all UK/EU fulfillment from GamesQuest to our new partner, Spiral Galaxy, over the next few weeks.
In order to make this change as smooth as possible and to accommodate some warehouse renovations by Spiral, we will need to suspend standard orders from our website for the the next few weeks starting today, January 8th.  Our current estimate for the resumption of shipments to the EU is February.
You will still be able to place an order, but we will need hold the order while we transition(similar to a preorder).

Hi ! Premium health and bonded lether are out of stock for Europe. Do you know if there will be again ?

Still no news on European distribution? Please can you let us know what is happening?

I might add, that the orders for GTPAG are currently delivered to EU backers so there must be some information for „regular“ orders in your store. Thank you very much for an Update.

I apologize for the delay in response to this topic, and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

GTPAG is currently in the last stages of fulfillment, and we are working with Spiral on a timeline for the continuation of daily orders. We are hoping to have the backlog of daily orders and preorders sent out by the end of the month. There are two issues that we are working with them on in order to get back to business as usual:

1) Packaging. Spiral is not used to working with packages of our size and complexity on a regular basis, particularly something the size and weight of Too Many Bones, and they need some time to gather the proper packing materials and boxes in order to ensure that their staff are trained properly in packing our items. We want them to be able to fulfill daily orders quickly and efficiently in order to get them to you as soon as possible. :)

2) Stock. We are currently in the process of packing up some restock items and shipping them over to Spiral. These items are necessary to complete a large number of the preorders and backlogged daily orders. We are also sending out a number of out-of-stock items such as Undertow, Bonded Leather Control 'Ur Roll Dice Trays, TMB Premium Health, and Hoplomachus base games, so that all items will be available for standard orders in the EU again.
