Processing time for an order would depend on where you are located. You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order is sent, and all orders are sent out with tracking information when applicable.

Our current estimated processing times are listed below:

United States
Domestic orders are now batched-processed by Quartermaster Logistics on Tuesdays and Fridays, and are shipped via FedEx. Transit times can vary between 4 and 10 working days, depending on the final destination.
Please Note: Orders are submitted to Quartermaster on Monday and Thursday mornings by 9:00CST, and we are unable to process any order alterations once they have been forwarded.  If your order was placed after 9:00CST on Monday or Thursday, your order will be held until the next batch is forwarded.

Canada
Canadian orders are currently being batch-processed by eShipper, our Canadian fulfillment partner, every 3-4 working days.  Transit times can vary between 4 and 10 working days, depending on the final destination.

Europe
Orders are batch-processed by Spiral Galaxy Games, our European fulfillment partner, every 3-4 working days. A variety of couriers are used depending on the destination country, and transit times usually vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on the country and courier used.

Rest of World orders are currently being batch-processed by Spiral Galaxy Games, as well, and forwarded to them using the same batch process listed above. Transit times can vary between 4 and 21 working days, depending on the order destination.
